Orders and Delivery
We prepare and ship your orders within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times vary depending on your location, and are generally between 2 and 5 business days.
Yes, we deliver throughout mainland France and the European Union.
Yes, absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
- If you have chosen home delivery with La Poste (Colissimo): you will receive a Colissimo tracking number allowing you to follow each stage of the delivery of your package directly on the La Poste website.
- If you have opted for delivery to a relay point with Mondial Relay: you will also receive a tracking link to track the arrival of your package at the selected relay point. You will be informed as soon as it is available for collection.
We do everything we can to ensure your plants arrive in tip-top shape. Occasionally, there may be issues (exceptional delays, seasonal peaks, etc.). If the plant arrives damaged, send us a photo within 24 hours of receipt to contact@monjungle.com, and we'll find a solution together.
If you have forgotten an item after confirming your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@monjungle.com . We will do our best to modify your order, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once the package is on its way, it will no longer be possible to modify or add items.
We ship your orders with La Poste (Colissimo) and Mondial Relay, depending on the option chosen when ordering.
You will receive a tracking number to follow your package throughout its journey.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the carrier: €7.90 for La Poste and €4.98 for a pick-up point. Delivery is free for orders over €100!

We sincerely apologize that your package delivery did not go as planned. We ship packages 3 days a week, but in the event of exceptional circumstances (public holidays, weather issues, etc.), the package may take longer to arrive.

If your order has not yet been processed, it is possible to cancel it. You have one hour to cancel the order.
To do this, please send us an email to contact@monjungle.com, specifying your first name, last name, and order number.
However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to cancel it.
You can collect your order free of charge directly from our premises using the Click'n'Collect option.

Origin of Plants
All our plants are grown locally in our own greenhouse to ensure their quality, acclimatization and good health.
We work with international suppliers to obtain the most beautiful and original varieties, but the final cultivation is carried out at home in France, respecting sustainable practices. Feel free to contact us for more information on the plant you have chosen.
Yes. Since they're grown locally, our plants are already acclimated to French living conditions, making them much easier to care for in your home.
Payment and Security
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as via PayPal.
Yes, all transactions are encrypted and secure through our certified payment partner.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the live nature of our products, we do not accept standard returns. However, if you notice a problem upon receipt, please contact us promptly for a suitable solution.
We guarantee that your plants are shipped in good condition. If any problems arise within 7 days of receipt, we will help you resolve them or replace your plant.
As a living and perishable product, a plant does not fall within the scope of legal reimbursement obligations, as specified in article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
This means that we are not legally required to refund a plant damaged upon delivery.
That said, we want you to be satisfied: if your plant arrives in poor condition despite all our precautions, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will carefully review your request and may offer a goodwill gesture, a credit note, or a replacement, depending on the case.
