Orders and Delivery

We prepare and ship your orders within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). The delivery time depends on your location, usually between 2 and 5 business days.

Yes, we deliver throughout metropolitan France and in the European Union.
Yes, absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.

- If you chose home delivery with La Poste (Colissimo): you will receive a Colissimo tracking number that allows you to follow each step of your package's journey directly on the La Poste website.

- If you opted for delivery to a pickup point with Mondial Relay: you will also receive a tracking link to follow the arrival of your package at the selected pickup point. You will be notified as soon as it is available for pickup.
We do everything to ensure that your plants arrive in perfect condition. There may sometimes be unforeseen circumstances (exceptional delays, seasonal peaks, etc.). If the plant arrives damaged, send us a photo within 24 hours of receipt at contact@monjungle.com, and we will find a solution together.

If you forgot an item after confirming your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@monjungle.com. We will do our best to modify your order, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once the package is on its way, it will no longer be possible to modify or add items.

We ship your orders with La Poste (Colissimo) and Mondial Relay, depending on the option chosen during your order.
You will receive a tracking number to follow your package throughout its journey.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the carrier: €7.90 for La Poste and €4.98 for the pickup point. Delivery is free for orders over 100 euros!
We apologize for this oversight. Please feel free to contact us by email at contact@monjungle.com or via our Instagram account @mon.jungle to inform us. For a quicker processing of your request, please specify your first name, last name, and your order number.
We sincerely apologize that the delivery of your package is not proceeding as planned. We ship packages 3 days a week, but it may take longer for the package to depart in case of exceptional events (public holidays, weather issues...).

We invite you to contact our customer service as soon as possible, either by email at contact@monjungle.com or by phone at 06 57 27 65 25, so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

If your order has not yet been processed, it is possible to cancel it. You have one hour to cancel the order.
To do this, please send us an email at contact@monjungle.com specifying your first name, last name, and order number.

However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to cancel it.

You can pick up your order for free directly at our location thanks to the Click'n'Collect option.

By appointment only, from Monday to Friday. Once your order is placed, contact us by email or via the contact form to schedule a pickup time.

Products and Maintenance

Each product sheet contains advice on exposure, watering, and maintenance. You can also use our filters to find the plant suitable for your environment and your level of experience.

A simple care guide is provided with each plant on the product sheet. You can also check our practical tips on the blog or send us an email.

Origin of Plants

All our plants are grown locally in our own greenhouse to ensure their quality, acclimatization, and good health.
We work with international suppliers to obtain the most beautiful and original varieties, but the final cultivation is done here, in France, in accordance with sustainable practices. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information about the plant you have chosen.
Yes. As they are grown locally, our plants are already acclimated to living conditions in France, which greatly facilitates their care at your home.

Payment and Security

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as via PayPal.

Yes, all transactions are encrypted and secured thanks to our certified payment partner.

Returns and Refunds

Given the living nature of our products, we do not accept standard returns. However, if you notice a problem upon receipt, contact us quickly for a suitable solution.

We guarantee that your plants are shipped healthy. If a problem occurs within 7 days of receipt, we will help you resolve it or replace your plant.

As a living and perishable product, a plant is not subject to the legal obligations of reimbursement, as specified in Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
This means that we are not legally required to refund a damaged plant upon delivery.
That said, we want you to be satisfied: if your plant arrives in poor condition despite all our precautions, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will carefully review your request and may offer a goodwill gesture, a credit, or a replacement as appropriate.

GDPR

We only collect the information necessary to process your orders (name, address, email, etc.). Your data is never sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

Yes, Mon Jungle complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access your data, modify it, or request its deletion at any time.
